PropTech innovator promotes Jennifer Zacharias to VP of Client Operations to support record sales activity

The company also announced that multifamily industry professional Jennifer Zacharias has been promoted to Vice President of Client Operations, leading the teams responsible for ensuring the success of clients through the entire life cycle of their partnership with Tour24 from onboarding to ongoing success.
Zacharias is a results-driven leader in the multifamily industry with over 20 years experience in operations, revenue and product management, and client success. Prior to joining Tour24, Jennifer was a key account strategist at RealPage, where she worked with large clients to ensure successful client initiatives across all RealPage products. She also served as a product manager at Entrata, where she oversaw product and client services for pricing and revenue management.
Data from internal research on the deployment of the Tour24 platform used by multifamily owners and operators to facilitate tours show that over the last 12 months the company has experienced 140% growth in the number of communities it serves and an 81% increase in the number of tours.
Tour24 user statistics show that 75% of tours are scheduled and completed on the same day, 54% are within one hour, and a whopping 36% of all tours are within 15 minutes. More than a third of tours occur outside business hours, representing leads that would have been missed without Tour24. 31% of tour participants apply to lease at the end of their tours.
